Staff and food here were very good!

We enjoyed staff and rooms of this characterful hotel. The room was large with 1 bed.

The venue is interesting, food is fabulous, easy location near parklands. A great selection of meals for breakfast, including toast, croissants and yoghourt.

It was a right place for our such wonderful stay. Everything was perfect, nonetheless a few employees were not always friendly.

The room was quiet with 1 bed and had iron/ironing board, coffee/tea makers and a work desk. It had plenty of meals for breakfast, including toast, croissants and yoghourt. The experience was very comfortable and I would stay here again.

Everything was great from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and huge room. Plenty of food at the breakfast, including croissants, toast and yoghourt.

The units are updated, cosy.

The staff are brilliantly helpful and the decor is delightful. Recommend, the hotel is quaint little.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Tidy, appetising food and very helpful staff. Amazing view, a spacious balcony, perfect bed, too. The breakfast had a good choice of food, like meats, breads, bakery, cheese and fresh fruit. Beautiful location, within walking distance of recreational area. The pool was available too.

The hotel was located just next door to shops and other eateries, large park leading to shopping centre in Emerson Green.

Huge and cosy room, nice beds, perfect breakfast. Staff are extremely helpful and I loved their attitude.

We enjoyed location and rooms, every detail was provided. Breakfast with cheeses and bacon, for example. The room was cleaned and available with tea as well as great bedding. Location next to a major supermarket and the pub and Xmas Market.

Everything was lovely, accommodating staff and ideal location. I got free upgrade and loved it. All the services were good here.

Fairly clean place in historical style with all necessary facilities. Personnel was courteous, and owner too. Great sized room, fairly large, had a wonderful bathroom. The bed here was comfy. Thank you for making our stay really good.

I liked staff and food here. The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a very quite area. Apart from that, st stephens church hall was 5 minutes' drive away. Plenty of food at breakfast like tea and coffee. They had an easy check-in too.

enjoyable base for 1 night. rooms and location were ok, i really enjoyed it. staff was amiable, and requests were handled quickly.

This hotel was fabulous base for exploring Bristol, loved it. We have spent 2 days in suite...
